Please be aware that your personal details will not be distributed to any third party. Any details provided will be used for the sole intention of replying to your enquiry only. We will not use your details to contact you for sales promotions or other similar matters unless to give us permission.

We collect information from you, via our website and via any correspondence, meetings or phone calls with you.

The personal information that we collect may include your name, your office address, email address and phone number. If you make a payment to us via credit card, your payment details are collected by our third party payment processors (at present this is Barclays Merchant Services).

* Correspond with you regarding work which we are carrying out for you

* Communicate with you to provide information that may be of use to you

We review regularly the data that we hold, and will only hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity.

* Our use of information about you may be restricted in some cases, for example if you tell us that the information is inaccurate, we can only use it for the limited purposes while we check its accuracy.


When you give us personal information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. Where personal information is transmitted normally over the internet/by email (for example your email address), we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
Where you have a password which enables you to access certain parts of our websites or file sharing for example, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
